How can I pay for my studio time?
We require payment by BACS transfer or PayPal before your booking.
What services do you provide?
Studio time and some lighting equipment is included in your fee. If you require a photographer just let me know and I am happy to help.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. In order to ensure the smooth operation of my studio and to cover the costs associated with reserving the studio exclusively for your use, cancellation fee policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation Fee Amount:
The cancellation fee is equivalent to the full price of the studio hire. This fee is necessary to compensate for the resources and time allocated to your booking, which cannot be reallocated at short notice.
2. Application of Cancellation Fee:
The cancellation fee will only be applied to last-minute cancellations 2 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made prior to 2 days before will not incur any charges.
The fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with reserving the studio exclusively for your use during the agreed time. These costs include overhead expenses, equipment preparation, and potential loss of other bookings due to the reserved slot.
Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
Instead of taking a deposit, I now require full payment to secure your booking. You have the flexibility to cancel your booking anytime up to 2 days before the scheduled session and receive a full refund.
Do you have parking?
We do not have parking yet there is paid parking at Q park - Omni or at St James Quarter. Both are in easy access and 5 minutes walking distance to the studio.
